Great app! We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term. Great solution! I looked at a bunch of options but this one was definitely the best. The automated export functionality makes it super easy to send all the data to a JSON endpoint - now my marketing team is happy as they can see the responses without logging in to the website.
The customer support is excellent and some features were added in response to a question I had, which made my life a lot easier!
